In Brief...
I am a writer and journalism instructor at the University of the West of England, specialising in new media, social networks and the effects of technology on the journalistic process.
In addition to teaching, I also write extensively for Future Publishing, mostly in the area of open source software, and have recently written books on OpenOffice.org and Ubuntu.
